We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed in the order they are received. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $50 is available at this time and is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Delays
USPS is currently experiencing delays with some shipments. If your tracking information indicates that your package is still in transit and arriving late, it will typically be delivered within a few additional days.

If your package has not arrived and your tracking information shows an issue beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@secondstatelabs.com for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by USPS but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. USPS insurance coverage ends once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout.
